James Franklin Fromm, 94, of Leavenworth, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013. He had resided in Leavenworth for 66 years and had retired from Douglas County PUD.

Survivors include his children, Linda Robertson of LaSal, Utah, Kathleen Ward and Pat Fromm, both of Leavenworth, Marcia Dow of Escondido, Calif., Cindy Burnett of Wenatchee and Lance Fromm of Provo, Utah.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Titus Road in Leavenworth.

Visitation will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Friday at Ward’s Funeral Home in Leavenworth. An addtional viewing will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, preceding the funeral, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Arrangements are by Ward’s Funeral Home, Leavenworth.
