UPDATE 8/16: This obituary previously indicated an incorrect date of death. The information has been corrected in this version. 

Gary Wayne Shill, 82, a longtime resident of Wenatchee, died Saturday, June 15, 2013.
He had worked as an accountant for the Washington State Apple Commission for 27 years.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Shill of Wenatchee; and his daughter, Anne Erdmann of East Wenatchee.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at Grace Lutheran Church, 1408 Washington St., Wenatchee.
Arrangements are assisted by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
