ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF THE CASCADES MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL OCCUR TONIGHT AND FRIDAY WITH ANOTHER ROUND EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. Kristofor Michael Zehm, 46, of Leavenworth, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013.

He had lived in Leavenworth for six years and was an architect and a professor at Wenatchee Valley College.

Survivors include his wife, Shelly Zehm of Leavenworth; his children, Bijou Zehm, Colette Zehm and Atticus Zehm, all of Leavenworth; his mother, Andrea Sue Zehm of Mount Vernon; his brother, Jeff Thomas of Seattle; and his sisters, Carolyn Chandler of Walla Walla, Robin Monderes and Tamlyn Thomas, both of Seattle, Laurie Brion of Bellingham and Erin Thomas of Maple Valley.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Leavenworth Church of the Nazarene, 111 Ski Hill Drive in Leavenworth.

Private family inurnment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery in Leavenworth.

Arrangements are by Ward’s Funeral Chapel, Leavenworth.
