Thomas Gray was born in September 1928, to James A. Gray and Helen Wagner Gray in Chehalis, WA. He passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013 in Wenatchee, WA. Thomas graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1946 and went on to graduate from WSC with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1956. He served two years active duty in the U.S. Navy Seabees and went on to retire from the Washington State Department of Transportation as a construction engineer in Olympia. Thomas married Phyllis Carpenter and they had three children, Douglas Gray of Melbourne, FL, Paul Gray of Wenatchee, WA and Joani Gray of Kennewick, WA. He later married Carol Eddy, adding two step-children to the family, Jeff Eddy of Tucson, AZ and Robin Johnson of Tucson, AZ. After the death of Carol, Thomas remarried Kathleen Nyhalm in January 1999, relocating to Wenatchee in 2007. Kathleen brought two more children to the family, Glenn Dean of Scottsdale, AZ and Diane Dean of Georgia.
