Ruth Macias recently joined Windermere Real Estate/NCW. She is a partner to Jody Campbell, Managing Broker, SRES, ABR, CRS, GRI. Macias has experience in both lending and escrow and title services, with First American Title and Escrow Company. She is also a certified Spanish interpreter and a member of the NCW Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Chris Brownson has joined Windermere Real Estate/NCW. She has 16 years of experience in real estate, and had previously worked in the banking industry.

Veterinarians Gary Cassel, Jaaron Peterson and Jerry Winters of Countryside Veterinary Small Animal Clinic recently attended a two-day Inland Empire Veterinary Medical Association seminar on Emergency Medicine in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Shawna Annis, RN, BSN and owner and Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of Professional Skin Solutions, attended the Aesthetic Extender Symposium Nov. 1-4 in Boca Raton, Fla.

Dr. Scott Stroming, medical director of Professional Skin Solutions, attended the ninth Congress of the Americal Academy of Aesthetic Medicine Nov. 16-18 in Miami.

Wenatchee Valley Hospital pharmacy technicians Amanda Stringham, Darla Racus and Laurie Preston were nationally certified in Chemo/Oncology at the National Pharmacy Technician Association in Houston.

Congratulations

Ricardo Colunga, general manager of the Wenatchee McDonald’s and former GM of the Omak restaurant, has received the “Ray Kroc” award, an annual performance-based award that recognizes the top one percent of McDonald’s general managers in the country. The award comes with $2,500 in cash, a Ray Kroc trophy and a trip to Chicago for the awards gala April 14.
