Injured pedestrian dies in Seattle hospital
A 79-year-old Wenatchee man who was injured in a car accident Dec. 4 died early this morning.
Gordon James died at Harborview Medical Center where he had been treated for injuries suffered while he was walking across the street in the 1500 block of Springwater Avenue, said Sgt. John Kruse with the Wenatchee Police Department.
The driver will not be charged because James was not in a crosswalk, Kruse said.
