Wenatchee High School students are preparing for the 16th Annual Janice Franz Talent Show on Feb. 27, 28 and March 1, in a benefit for two Wenatchee kids.

This year’s recipients are 12-year-old Mac Van Lith and five-year-old Ewan MacPherson. The proceeds from the Wednesday show will go to Van Lith who is at Seattle Children’s Hospital seeking treatment for Ewing’s sarcoma, a cancerous bone tumor.

Thursday and Friday night’s proceeds will go MacPherson who is fighting a brain tumor.

On Feb. 12, the high school students will host a charity night at Blue Spoon Yogurt. All of the profits made between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. will be donated to Van Lith and MacPherson.
