EAST WENATCHEE — Drew McCullough led all competitors at the Washington Junior Golf Association’s sub-district tournament on Monday with a score of 70.
The 17-year-old competed in the boys 16-17 class at Wenatchee Golf and Country Club in a field of 24.
Andrew Raab finished second with a 74, Aaron Seabrook was third with a 74, Aaron Whalen was fourth with a 76 and Hunter Ashby was fifth with a 77.
Kea Robertson won the girls 16-17 group with a 93, Allison Kadinger was second with a 97, Britney Gough was third with a 99, Tressa Davis had a 106 and Beverly McCarthy was fifth with a 112.
Griffin Parsons won the boys 14-15 group with a score of 82. Holden Backes and Nick Yamauchi tied for second at 83 and Travis Kay and Kaelan Nettleship tied for fourth with a score of 85 in a field of 11.
Carly Bozett and Casey Jackson tied for first in the girls 14-15 group with a score of 98. Ali Brandt shot a 105 and Mikala Page recorded a 112.
Dylan Bissell won the boys 12-13 group with an 86, Nick Baker finished second with a 92, Ethan Boyd and Adam Raab tied for third at 93 and McGwire Hanson and Shea Kimball both shot 95’s to tie for fifth.
Cassie Kim won the girls 12-13 group with a 94, Macy Robertson was second with a 106, Kathryn Crimp and Megan Hodgson tied for third with 110 and Allison Wanichek shot a 124.
Jackson Nettleship won the boys 8-11 group with a 41 and Rachel Ball won the girls 8-11 group with a 75.
It was the fourth and final Sub-District tournament for the District Four area, which encompasses North Central Washington and the Tri-CIty area. The District Championship will be next Monday and Tuesday at Suncadia Prospecter (Monday) and Roperider (Tuesday).
