Dianna, age 66, passed away at Cashmere Convalescent Center on Sunday, June 30, 2013. She was born to Harold and June Benke on December 5, 1946, at Fremont, NE. She was the first of four children. Dianna graduated at Lake Washington High in 1965, and in 1969, married Jules Monnin, who recently passed away May 17, 2013. Together, they had four boys, including Kevin Monnin, who died shortly after birth. Dianna enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom and wife, however she worked side jobs as a bartender and cook and in a packing shed when the kids were old enough.

Dianna leaves behind one brother, Douglas Benke of Lovett, WY; his two kids; four grandkids; two sisters, Dawn Coleman of Denver, CO and her two kids and six grandkids, and Denise Clark and her two kids and four grandkids; and Dianna’s sons, Paul Monnin of Bonners Ferry, ID and his two kids, Pat Monnin of Spokane and his two kids, and Kris Monnin (Jennifer) of Othello with three kids.

A Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee, WA.
