En route north for the last couple of years, we have noted an eating house at Entiat with the name of “Mom’s Kitchen,” and finally stopped to try it out.
The Mendoza family runs it, and Mom is Elpidia. They have had this location for three years, and I found this family-run Mexican restaurant a good bet.
I had been told that their flan was good, and I found that so. My luncheon was a success.
I will be going back to Mom’s Kitchen.
