New WHS principal selected
Bob Celebrezze has been picked as Wenatchee High School’s new principal.
The Wenatchee School District announced the selection this morning. The Wenatchee School Board will act on the recommendation at its meeting Tuesday.
Celebrezze is currently principal at Moscow High School in Moscow, Idaho, a position he has held since 2000. He was named High School Principal of the Year in 2008 by the Idaho Secondary School Administrators Association.
Celebrezze, his wife Vicky and seventh grade son Joe, will be moving to Wenatchee in July. He officially takes over as Wenatchee High School principal July 1. He replaces Mike Franza, who has served as interim principal for two years and was also principal from 2000 to 2005.
