MISSION RIDGE — About 120 Chelan County PUD customers in the Mission Ridge area, including the ski resort and Forest Ridge will be without power from 9 a.m. to noon this morning as crews repair a high-voltage switch that failed Tuesday, resulting in a 40-minute power outage and grass fire.
The outage is needed, so crews can get the work done safely and more quickly, the utility said in a news release. Another planned outage may be needed for final repairs, but no date has be set for that work.
For question about the outage, call PUD Customer Service, 661-8400.
