Wenatchee School Board: Talbot topping Kelso; 13 votes separate Callison and Sealby

WENATCHEE — Two Wenatchee School Board candidates are in a dead heat for the Position 4 seat, while Jennifer Talbot appears to be a clear winner for Position 5.

As of Tuesday night, incumbent Gary Callison and challenger Robert Sealby are virtually tied. Sealby leads by 13 votes, receiving 3,263 votes to Callison’s 3,250 votes. Sealby has 50.1 percent of the votes, Callison 49.9 percent. The next count of late arriving ballots will be Friday.
