Edna O. Rowland, 88, of East Wenatchee, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013.

She had resided in the Wenatchee Valley for 67 years. She worked as an apple packer in various fruit warehouses. She also worked as a child daycare provider for preschoolers in Head Start programs.

Survivors include her children, Chery Pinton of Bremerton and Blayne Rowland of Seattle; and her siblings, Annette Williams of Hanna, Alberta, Canada, Ellie Moss of Mercer Island and Ed Bignell of Youngstown, Alberta, Canada.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Telford’s Chapel of the Valley in East Wenatchee.

Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
