WENATCHEE — A high-speed chase between Dryden and central Wenatchee ended Wednesday night with authorities chasing two suspects over roof tops and arresting them after they jumped to the ground.

The pursuit involved speeds of up to 100 mph on Highway 2/97, said Sgt. Jerry Moore with the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office. In Wenatchee, the speeding car headed the wrong way on Mission Street at about 6:15 p.m., nearly hitting oncoming traffic. The vehicle then sideswiped a parked car and crashed through a chain-link fence in front of a residence.
