George P. Honey Jr., 80, of East Wenatchee, died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013.

He was a former resident of Entiat for 40 years. He worked for the forest service for 30 years. He opened Northwest Auction Services in 1975.

Survivors include his children, Jackie Martin and Bill Garrison, both of Entiat, Judy Ward of Wenatchee, Mike Honey of Rock Island and Athena Sandidge of Chelan.

A service of remembrance will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Cashmere Riverside Center, 201 Riverside Drive, Cashmere.

Arrangements are by Jones & Jones-Betts Funeral Home, Wenatchee.
