Morris Anslow, a 15-year resident of Wenatchee, will celebrate his 100th birthday at an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday.

The celebration will take place at Columbia Heights, 1550 Cherry St. The event is being hosted by his wife, Lucille, and his daughter, Dee Riggs of Wenatchee.

Anslow was born Nov. 26, 1913, at Port Orchard. He is a retired electrical engineer for the federal government, having worked 25 years at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton.
