Tami Lynn (Frost) Burnett

October 18, 1962 ~ November 22, 2013

Tami Lynn (Frost) Burnett, of Pateros, passed away Friday, November 22, 2013, at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, after a two-year battle with cancer at the age of 51. She was born October 18, 1962 and had been a resident of Pateros for 35 years. Tami had three children and her family was very important. Her children and grandchildren were a huge part of her life and they were all very close and spent most of their time together as a family. Tami had such a positive outlook throughout her illness. When she found out about her diagnoses, she always kept her sense of humor; never letting it bring her down. Tami graduated from Pateros High School in 1980. She worked for Wal-Mart in Chelan from 2007 until her death. Prior to that she worked for Nickel Warehouse in Pateros, for over 20 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Burnett and Jill Burnett; son, Garreth Burnett; and granddaughters, Jessica and Jasmine Contreras, all of Pateros; mother, Patricia (Pat) (Bowles) Frost of Spalding, ID; sisters, Tina Frost of Spalding, ID and Teri (Frost) Chase of Richland, WA; brother, Jeff Frost of Clarkston, WA; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Frost Sr.; and brother, Jack Frost Jr.

Services for Tami will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Barnes Chapel. The public is invited. A Private Interment will follow at the Pateros Cemetery. An open reception will immediately follow, with the location to be announced.

Services are entrusted to Barnes Chapel of Brewster. Please feel free to leave your condolences and memories for the family at
