VANTAGE — Columbia River water levels above Wanapum Dam will fluctuate as much as six feet between Nov. 30 and Dec. 5, while the Grant County PUD conducts mandatory, fish-related tests and surveys.

Fluctuating river levels can expose normally submerged hazards, create potentially volatile water conditions and lead to boat stranding on sections of the river.
