Lorene W. Ritz

Lorene W. Ritz, 96, of Omak, died Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013.

She was a longtime resident of the Okanogan Valley and had co-owned with her husband, Glenn Ritz, the Ritz Texaco station in Omak and, later, logging and long-haul trucks with her son.

Survivors include her granddaughters, Laura Ward of Omak, Lisa Bushong of Oakland, Calif., and Kari Ritz of Stockton, Calif.; and her great-grandsons, Doug Hobart, Matt Ward and Jake Ward, all of Omak.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Okanogan Valley Memorial Garden on Conconully Highway.

Arrangements are by Precht-Harrison-Nearents Chapel, Okanogan.
