WENATCHEE — Drivers should be prepared tonight for one more round of the Sellar Shuffle.
From 9 p.m. tonight until 6 a.m. Saturday, drivers should expect lane shifts and closures as road crews at the west end of the Sen. George Sellar Bridge finish lane striping and pavement markings on the $60 million traffic-flow project.
Crews are pushing to finish the striping work before temperatures begin to drop on Sunday, said a state Department of Transportation press release.
“The end is near!” said the release. Bridge improvements began in 2009 with the addition of another lane and a pedestrian path on the bridge’s south side.
