Norman Lee Tupling, 79, a 76-year resident of Mansfield, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2013.

He had worked as a heavy equipment operator for the Douglas County Road Department from 1964 to 1990. He then worked as a snow plow operator for the Washington State Department of Transportation for 15 years.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Tupling of Mansfield; his children, Henry Lee Tupling of Chelan, Julie Loessin of Spokane and Patty Hanson of Mansfield.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Mansfield Community Church, followed by interment with military honors at Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Waterville Funeral Home.

Arrangements are by Waterville Funeral Home.
