Heidi Manley took this picture of her daughter, Allie, 7, and her cat, Toes. Allie had just picked a pumpkin from the family’s garden at their Quincy home and Toes was on the picnic table, waiting for a snuggle from Allie. Toes is 5 years old and was a rescue kitten that Heidi bottle-fed for several weeks.
