EAST WENATCHEE — Washington State University Extension and the Chelan-Douglas Health District will conduct ServSafe certification training Nov. 18 at the Chelan Douglas Health District, 200 Valley Mall Parkway in East Wenatchee.
The certification, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., is for restaurant managers, cooks and anyone who has responsibility for food preparation and safety.
The cost for the course, including textbook and test, is $130. Successful completion of the course includes a certificate for five years.
