EAST WENATCHEE — A 31-year-old East Wenatchee man was treated for a minor stab wound to his chest Sunday night after a domestic dispute.
The man was later released from Central Washington Hospital, said Dan Reierson, East Wenatchee assistant police chief.
He had been in an argument with a 25-year-old woman at a residence in the 300 block of Seventh Street Northeast.
The woman told police that the man walked toward her with a gun and she stabbed him with a kitchen knife. She was arrested on outstanding warrants out of Yakima County. The case was turned over to the county prosecutor to determine if charges would be brought, Reierson said.
