Gale Arthur Vradenburg, 65, of Wenatchee, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2013.

He had been a lifetime resident of the Wenatchee area and had worked as a horticulturist/fieldman for Cascadian Fruit Shippers and Oneonta/Starr Ranch Growers, and was an orchardist.

Survivors include his wife, Sally Vradenburg of Wenatchee; his children, Sarah Cox of Parker, Colo., Steven Vradenburg of Cashmere and Krista Trapp of Auburn; his brothers, Bryce Vradenburg of Marysville and Ronald Vradenburg of Oregon; and his sister, Suzanne Taylor.

A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Wenatchee, with a private family interment in the Wenatchee City Cemetery at a later date. A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Arrangements are by Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.
