Calvin C. Moon, 87, of Malaga, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013.

He had resided in Malaga for 56 years and was the owner and operator of a small engine repair shop in Malaga. He had also been a district manager for the Seattle Times and had worked for the Wenatchee Daily World.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Moon of Malaga; and his children, Gene Moon of East Wenatchee, Karen Holton of Ritzville and Lonnie Moon of Puyallup.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Telford’s Chapel of the Valley in East Wenatchee.

Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
