A 17-year-old Wenatchee boy was seriously injured in a one-car accident Sunday just west of Wenatchee.
Eric Pottenger was in serious condition in intensive care at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle Monday morning.
According to a State Patrol memo, Pottenger was driving west on Highway 2 about three miles west of Wenatchee when his vehicle drifted to the left and struck the jersey barrier around 5:40 p.m.
He was taken to Central Washington Hospital and then airlifted to Harborview.
State Patrol Trooper Darren Wright said he had “very serious” injuries.
