...HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN CASCADES... .A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN THE CASCADES FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. THIS BAND WILL ALSO CONTAIN SOME EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER RAINFALL RATES THAT COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.

Jean Itrich Barry, 84, of Wenatchee, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013.

She had lived in the Wenatchee Valley for 11 years and was a longtime homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Barry of Wenatchee; her children, Carrie Carptenter of Wenatchee, Amy Torres of Chelan, Maggie Kaminoff of East Wenatchee and Wally Itrich of Dickinson, N.D.; her stepdaughters, Donna Christopher of Spokane, Diann Barry of Seattle and Doreen Olsen of Tacoma; and her sister, Betty Colletto of Simi Valley, Calif.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wenatchee Free Methodist Church, 1601 Fifth St. in Wenatchee.

Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
