UPDATED 9/27: This obituary previously reported a misspelling of Phyliss Truscott’s first name. It has been corrected in this version. 

Phyliss Truscott, 77, of East Wenatchee, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013.She was a longtime East Wenatchee resident and had been a school teacher for the Wenatchee School District, retiring in 2012.Survivors include her husband, Don Truscott of East Wenatchee; and her children, Keith Truscott and Karlynn Funk, both of Wenatchee and Kirk Truscott of East Wenatchee.A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
