...HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN CASCADES... .A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN THE CASCADES FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. THIS BAND WILL ALSO CONTAIN SOME EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER RAINFALL RATES THAT COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.

LeRoy Walter Craig, 91, of Wenatchee, died Sept. 27, 2013.

He was a former resident of Chelan and Spokane. He owned and operated a Kirby vacuum company in the Wenatchee Valley and a Filter Queen Company in Spokane.

Survivors include his children, Frank Fabian and David Fabian, both of Wenatchee, Dennis Craig and George Craig, both of East Wenatchee, Larry Craig of Spokane, Gene Craig of Vancouver, Mary Burgess of Henderson, Nev. and Julie Craig of Wenatchee.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 1 at the Wenatchee Cemetary.

Arrangements by Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.
