WENATCHEE — A woman once known as the Spanish-language pop world’s brightest lights — “the Mexican Madonna” — graces the Town Toyota Center stage next week.

Singer Gloria Trevi became one of the most sexually forthright stars to emerge from Mexican music in the 1980s and 1990s, using suggestive performance to draw attention to her occasionally provocative lyrics.
