WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Panthers baseball squad’s doubleheader Friday against Davis had a valuable lesson tied in that didn’t come until the seventh inning of the nightcap. No matter the predicament, stay patient and good things will happen.

The Panthers (8-3 overall, 5-1 league) survived six agonizing innings of sterile offensive play and still managed to get the win, thanks to a series of walks and timely hits.
