Extension office offers tree management seminar

ROCKY REACH DAM — Urban horticulturist Paula Dinius will conduct the tree management seminar “Landscape Trees — An In-depth Look” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 15 at Rocky Reach Park and Visitor Center.

Dinius, who represents the WSU Chelan County Extension, will talk about how to choose and manage trees that are suited for areas east of the Cascades.

Cost to attend the seminar is $10; there is no charge for Chelan County PUD employees. Pre-registration is required.
