Central Washington Democrats are still licking their wounds after getting shut out of the 4th District congressional race earlier this month.
Now party leaders say Democrats in the district are faced with a tough choice: Either vote for one of the two Republicans they think best represents their interests, or don’t vote at all.
“There’s no consensus at this point,” 4th Congressional District Democrats chairwoman Mary Stephenson said. “And we may end up with that.”
