Coroner identifies Soap Lake fire victim

SOAP LAKE — A 58-year-old Soap Lake man died early Sunday morning in a fire that destroyed an apartment complex in Soap Lake. David C. Dally, who lived at the apartments, died of smoke inhalation, said Grant County Coroner Craig Morrison.

The six-unit complex is at 327 Division St. S. in Soap Lake, said Glenn Quantz, Soap Lake’s director of public safety.
