Howard Chung, vice-president of Broker Excellence with John L. Scott Real Estate, visited John L. Scott Real Estate Wenatchee July 29 to conduct an interactive workshop on Buyer Presentation. Wenatchee team members who took part in the workshop were Lisa Deaver, Adam Franklin, Tracy Franklin, Jackie Gabaldo, Darlene Garton, Harold Jones, Julie Lester, Sue Long, Jessica Rankin, Karie Rolen and Rick Shorett.
Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) has announced the accomplishments and promotions of three employees. Douglas Sherwood completed three certification exams, earning his MCSA in Microsoft Server 2012. Sherwood has been working as a level one technical support specialist and was recently promoted to the role of Junior Systems Administrator. Brenda Eldridge, radiologic technologist lead, recently completed a six-week course through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). Eldridge, who has worked at CVCH for 15 years, was also voted into a three-year leadership term as president-elect at the 2014 Washington Society of Radiologic Technologists (WSRT) annual conference in April. Yolanda Favela has been promoted from agent to call center lead, and will provide coaching and validation for the call center team. Favela has been with CVCH for more than eight years.
Lorien Clemens of Wenatchee, director of marketing for PetHub.com, an internet pet protection service company, was presented the Pet Industry Woman of the Year Award Aug. 15 at the Women in the Pet Industry Conference and Awards Show in Portland. She was chosen from a field of more than 50 nationwide entrepreneurs and executives.
