WENATCHEE — Repair work on four generators at Rocky Reach Dam will cause fluctuations in Columbia River levels late next week, both above and below the dam.
Fluctuations will happen from early Friday to late Feb. 11 as crews spill water through the dam to test and adjust the units, the Chelan County PUD officials announced Friday.
Changing river levels could expose normally submerged obstacles or cause unexpected river currents.
