Loud crowd celebrates Hawks’ win

SEATTLE — Some people staked out spots overnight in freezing temperatures to beat the crowd expected in downtown Seattle today to watch the Seahawks’ parade celebrating their Super Bowl victory.

City officials are anticipating 200,000 to 500,000 people along Fourth Avenue to watch the parade. It begins at 11 a.m. at Denny Way and goes to CenturyLink Field, for an event for season ticket holders.
