OLYMPIA — Got a great idea that’ll make the ag industry better? Then take note.
The state Department of Agriculture is accepting proposals for innovative projects that will benefit or support the state’s fruit, vegetable or nursery industries.
The proposals, due here Feb. 28 at the ag department’s offices, is part of the federal Specialty Crop Block Grant Program that funds projects costing from $25,000 to $250,000.
