SPOKANE — The Wenatchee High School speech and debate team placed in numerous events at the Thomas S. Foley Memorial Forensics Tournament in Spokane earlier this month.
Wenatchee placed high among the 33 schools from Washington and Idaho that attended, and Wenatchee debater Wallace O’Donnell was one of the Top 10 point-scorers in the pool of more than 600 competitors.
The WHS team took third place in the small-squad category.
