WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Wild has been schizophrenic at times this season. They’ve mixed good with bad, par with sub-par and paired exceptional with lackluster. But as the regular season winds down and the team makes a playoff push with just eight games left to go, it’s showing more of the former, less of the latter.

Wenatchee’s 4-2 win against the Kenai River Brown Bears on Thursday at the Town Toyota Center was not only critical in the postseason hunt, it was also a sign it is heading in the right direction.
