OKANOGAN — Jim Townsend scored 14 of his 32 total points Saturday in Okanogan’s big 29-point third quarter to overcome its two-point deficit and beat Cashmere 73-67.
“The third quarter was big for them,” Cashmere coach Levi Heyen said. “He (Townsend) was tough. They started going to him down low. He’s just a big, strong, talented basketball player.”
