A bald eagle stands on the ice of the Okanogan River near Monse on Wednesday. Temperatures in Okanogan County varied between 25 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit through the day, about nine degrees higher than the historic mean for Jan. 15. Highs of 38 to 40 are predicted through the weekend in the Okanogan, 43 to 46 in the Wenatchee Valley and 42 to 47 around Ephrata, with zero chance of snowfall and an air stagnation advisory in effect until at least Saturday.
