Wild fall to Ice Dogs in shootout

FAIRBANKS, Alaska — The Wenatchee Wild fell 3-2 in a shootout loss against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs on Friday.

Wenatchee was leading 2-1 with less than one minute left in regulation when it gave up a goal after Fairbanks pulled its goalie.

The Ice Dogs’ Tayler Munson and Hans Gorowsky scored in the shootout, and Parker Tuomie recorded the lone shootout goal for the Wild.

Wenatchee’s Omar Mullan scored in the first period to give the team a 1-0 advantage…
