Dorothy Horton, 92, of Wenatchee, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014.

She had lived in Wenatchee for 13 years and was a former longtime resident of Monitor. She owned and operated an orchard in Monitor and was also a bookkeeper.

Survivors include her daughters, Vicki Hester of Kodiak Island, Alaska, and Nan Missal of Monitor.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Cashmere City Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Monitor Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Telford’s Chapel of the Valley in East Wenatchee.
