Betty Kay Ecker, 69, of Wenatchee, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014.

She had resided in the Wenatchee Valley since 1965. She worked in various orchards and packing sheds in the Wenatchee Valley. She also worked as a certified nursing assistant at Highline Convalescent Center in East Wenatchee and was a housekeeper at Columbia Heights Assisted Living in Wenatchee.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Ecker of Wenatchee; her children, Randy Schell of South Dakota, Cathy Schell of Wenatchee, Ron Burgess of East Wenatchee, Dan Burgess of Kennewick and Tammy Burgess of Blaine.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7 at Jones & Jones-Betts Memorial Chapel, Wenatchee.

Arrangements are by Jones & Jones-Betts Funeral Home, Wenatchee.
