Carolyn E. Parks, 73, a 50-year resident of Wenatchee, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014.

She worked as a bookkeeper and accountant at Parks Fertilizer, Inc. She and her husband co-owned and operated the business and an orchard.

Survivors include her husband, Newton Parks of Wenatchee; her children, Greg Parks and Julie Jacoby, both of Wenatchee; and her siblings, Harm Schlomer of Spokane and Linda Weiden of New Town, Conn.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Wenatchee City Cemetery, with a reception following at Cornerstone Christian Church.

Arrangements are by Jones & Jones-Betts Funeral Home, Wenatchee.
