WENATCHEE — High temperatures could hit the triple digits for the first time this year today and Tuesday across much of North Central Washington.

The National Weather Service is forecasting highs of 98 degrees today and 99 Tuesday for Wenatchee with temperatures up to 100 degrees in some outlying areas. Highs in the mid to high-90s will continue through the week for most of the region, increasing to 100 degree temperatures forecast for the coming weekend.
