WENATCHEE — The pitching battle between the Hadleys was lopsided and decided after the first inning.

Wenatchee starting pitcher Nathan Hadley threw four innings of three-hit baseball as the AppleSox cruised to an easy victory over NW Star Academy College Prep 22-0 Wednesday night at Paul Thomas Sr. Baseball Stadium. The four Sox pitchers let up only seven hits in a shutout against the non-league opponent.

The same could not be said for the opposing pitchers.
